Jedes Teil beginnt am Bildschirm. Ich entwerfe das Modell selbst oder passe eine bestehende Vorlage genau auf deine Wünsche an – bis Maße, Form und Details stimmen.Every piece starts on screen. I either design the model myself or fine-tune an existing template to your exact wishes – until the dimensions, shape, and details are just right.
2. Materialauswahl2. Material Selection
Nicht jedes Filament eignet sich für jedes Teil. Je nach Belastung, Optik und Einsatzzweck wähle ich das passende Material aus – von robustem PETG bis zu feinem PLA.Not every filament suits every part. Depending on load, appearance, and intended use, I choose the right material – from sturdy PETG to fine PLA.
3. Der Druckvorgang3. The Printing Process
Jetzt übernimmt der Drucker – Schicht für Schicht entsteht aus der Datei ein echtes Teil. Je nach Größe und Komplexität dauert das ein paar Stunden, manchmal auch länger.Now the printer takes over – layer by layer, the file becomes a real part. Depending on size and complexity, this takes a few hours, sometimes longer.
4. Nachbearbeitung & Finish4. Post-Processing & Finish
Zum Schluss kommt der Feinschliff: sauber nacharbeiten, bei Bedarf lackieren oder mehrere Teile zusammensetzen – damit das Ergebnis auch hält, was das Modell verspricht.Finally comes the finishing touch: careful cleanup, painting if needed, or assembling multiple parts – so the result truly lives up to the model.
